Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
We perform strict QC measures following ISO 9001 standards. The QC system includes QC, IQC, IPQC, QE, and QA. The experienced QC team is equipped with advanced machinery. Besides, the R&D department will provide technical support throughout the entire production process.
Quality Control Procedures
We supply devices with high-quality standards with extremely strict quality control and tests. We apply all our products to pass the CE, RoHS, and FCC standards. We have a strict quality control system that involves a whole quality department team and all the procedures including Incoming Quality Control, Input Process Quality Control, Outgoing Quality Control, and Quality Assurance. We do different tests concerning different parts of a smartwatch or bracelets during production and before delivery several times to make sure all the devices we manufactured are high-quality products.
